Formation Homes Ireland was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to build quality homes that ordinary people can afford. Based in Limerick, we’ve grown from a local construction company into one of the region’s most trusted affordable housing builders.
We work closely with Limerick City and County Council, delivering homes through both the private market and the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme. Our developments in Castletroy, on the Ennis Road, and across Limerick city have provided hundreds of families with a place to call home.
